Dee and I decided a trip to see the Colorado Hauges was long overdue, and with the arrival of Chris Jr. and Katharine Hauge's baby, Alex, there was no better time than now. We spent four fabulous days in Boulder, reconnecting with family that we don't get to see nearly enough, and taking in their beautiful town.
One afternoon was spent in Rocky Mountain National Park strolling with the babes, and having lunch is Estes Park. The weather was spectacular, as was the scenery.
I'm not sure who can get enough of one another when we get together, Uncle Dee or our nephew Wyatt.
The magnificent, Alex Christopher Hauge (the world's smiliest baby for sure.) Dee and I were in awe with how chill he was--Chris and Kath made it look easy to have a 4 month old and those were not quite our memories!
During our visit we got to be a part of milestone making! Alex enjoys his first taste of solid foods!
