Tiffers

My long time friend (going all the way back to 8th grade), Tiffany, flew out from San Diego for the weekend.  We were eager to show her a little bit of our life here in Washington, and of course, for her to meet Magnus!  We headed straight to the mountain and Furu Ly, and then returned to the city for a day before her departure.  It was a whirlwind of a visit, but we made the most of our time together with non-stop chatter and laughter.   

What a natural Tiff--when do I get to come visit you and yours?:)

Rimrock Lake

Dee and I were eager to take Magnus to one of our favorite get aways in the mountain, Furu Ly. It took us nearly three hours to pack the car (mostly filled with baby gear) before we finally hit the road. Pum Pum and Mamu met us, astonished at how much Magnus had already grown in a few short weeks. We frequented Rimrock Lake, much to Sherman's delight, took walks, ate wonderful food, relaxed, reminisced about all the good memories Furu Ly has provided and all those yet to come!

Baby Bjorn

One of our favorite baby gifts has quickly turned out to be the Baby Bjorn (thank you Aunty Shannon!) Magnus gets his daily dose of Vitamin D when we tote him around the neighborhood, to coffee, around Green Lake, and to the dog park.
