Dog Park

Seattle has quite a dog culture and on a sunny afternoon you can be sure that the dog park is packed. One of our favorite activities is head to Magnuson Dog Park (not how Magnus got his name, although kind of ironic and I'm sure our Icelandic friends would be proud to know the name of the park we frequent). There is a huge fenced in area with a long path that ultimately leads down to Lake Washington where your pup can take a swim. It is the only place you can take an infant in camo sunglasses and no one tells you how darling he is because everyone is obsessing over their four legged friend. Nevertheless, we think he is pretty cool in his shades and took at least as many pictures of him in his backpack as we did Sherman in the water.
